Mehl, Butter, Salz und eine H\u00e4lfte des Eis in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermischen. Die 2. H\u00e4lfte des Eis beiseitestellen.<\/li><li>Wenn die Hefe aufgel\u00f6st ist, das Gemisch anschlie\u00dfend zu den restlichen Zutaten geben. 5 Minuten zu einem glatten Teig kneten und abgedeckt ca. 1 Stunde an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.<\/li><li>Den Teig in 10 Portionen aufteilen (80-85 Gramm pro Bun), die Buns schleifen (am Tisch rollen) und anschlie\u00dfend leicht flachgedr\u00fcckt auf ein Blech geben. Wieder abdecken und eine weitere Stunde gehen lassen.<\/li><li>Die zweite H\u00e4lfte vom Ei mit der Milch verquirlen und \u00fcber die Buns streichen. Nach Belieben mit Sesam bestreuen.<\/li><li>Ca. 20 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze (200 \u00b0C) auf dem erh\u00f6hten Pizzastein backen<\/li><li>Die Brote aus dem Grill holen und mit einem Tuch abdecken und ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Das Tuch sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Buns etwas Feuchtigkeit behalten und weich und fluffig bleiben.
