Nach franz\u00f6sischer Teilung wird es als Bavette de Flanchet bezeichnet. Es wird aus der D\u00fcnnung \u2013 dem Bauchlappen \u2013 unterhalb des Rinderfilets abgetrennt und ist ungef\u00e4hr 750 bis 1000 Gramm schwer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 TL&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 TL &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; grobes Meersalz oder Fleur de Sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VOR- UND ZUBEREITUNG<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Das Fleisch mindestens 3 Stunden vor dem Grillen aus dem K\u00fchlschrank geben und Zimmertemperatur annehmen lassen.<\/li><li>2 Stunden vor dem Grillen salzen. Dadurch wird die Wasseraufnahmef\u00e4higkeit der Zellen erh\u00f6ht und das Steak bleibt saftig.<\/li><li>Grill auf hohe direkte Hitze (350 \u00b0C) vorheizen<\/li><li>Das Steak auf jeder Seite ca. 3 Minuten scharf angrillen, bis ein sch\u00f6nes Branding entsteht.<\/li><li>Das Steak vom Grill nehmen und bei 50 \u00b0C (Backofen) 8 Minuten rasten lassen.<\/li><li>Aufschneiden und Genie\u00dfen<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Hilfsmittel:<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
