{"id":1686,"date":"2021-03-05T14:58:23","date_gmt":"2021-03-05T13:58:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/192.168.1.14\/?p=1686"},"modified":"2021-05-02T09:12:23","modified_gmt":"2021-05-02T07:12:23","slug":"smashed-potatos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tirolergluat.at\/?p=1686","title":{"rendered":"SMASHED POTATOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>F\u00fcr 4 Personen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ZUTATEN<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>6 Stk. mittelgro\u00dfe, mehlig kochende Kartoffeln ca. 800 g<\/li><li>40 g gemischte Kr\u00e4uter (zB Petersilie, Schnittlauch, Estragon, Kresse)<\/li><li>50 g getrocknete Tomaten (am besten in \u00d6l eingelegt)<\/li><li>50 g gemischte Oliven, entsteint<\/li><li>Tomaten\u00f6l (von den getrockneten Tomaten) oder Oliven\u00f6l zum verfeinern<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DIP:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 g Sauerrahm<\/li><li>4 EL Senf<\/li><li>Meersalz und Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Den Grill f\u00fcr indirekte mittlere bis starke Hitze (180 \u2013 200 \u00b0C) vorbereiten<\/li><li>Die Kartoffeln waschen und trocknen. Auf den Rost in die indirekte Zone legen und bei geschlossenem Deckel in 40-45 Minuten weich grillen.<\/li><li>Die Kr\u00e4uter verlesen, abbrausen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und fein hacken. Die Tomaten w\u00fcrfeln, Oliven in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden.<\/li><li>F\u00fcr den Dip Sauerrahm mit Senf und zwei Drittel der Kr\u00e4uter verr\u00fchren und nach Geschmack mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li><li>Die fertigen Kartoffeln vom Grill nehmen und 5-8 Minuten ausdampfen lassen. Auf eine gro\u00dfe Servierplatte geben und die Kartoffel mit Schwung platt- dr\u00fccken (z.B. mit einem Kartoffelstampfer oder Topfboden). Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen<\/li><li>Zum Servieren den Dip, gew\u00fcrfelte Tomaten und die Olivenringe auf den Kartoffeln verteilen und mit den restlichen Kr\u00e4utern bestreuen.
